The reception and exam staff was very friendly and made you feel at ease, that is when you finally get back to see someone. I sat there for over an hour waiting to be seen. Ok, not enjoyable but you understand things happen. The exam was done by his staff and they were friendly enough. One girl never smiled at all. Ok, people have bad days. Very pleased with my eye exam with Dr. LeBlanc and all of the staff The exam was thorough and Dr LeBlanc was very informative as well as all of the office and exam staff.
Best Dr ever! Loves his patients and remembers us. He takes very well Care of his patients and his staff one of the sweetest man I’ve ever met. He isn’t just wanting you for a check he since Care about his work, and if you were comfortable and if you feel you have had all your questions answered. Highly recommend him to anyone. The woman there in the front people are so sweet and no matter what questions you ask you don’t seem to bother them or Seem to be annoyed by you. I had an eye exam which was the most thorough exam that I have ever had with seemingly the most technologically advanced methods of examination. Anna at the front has an excellent manner while assisting me for eyewear selection. There is no pressure to buy if the customer opts to get frames elsewhere. I will likely return for my next exam.
Horrible place of business, made an appointment by phone, was asked about the insurance, gave them the name and everything was good. Day of the appointment they told us that the insurance didn't cover glasses but did cover the eye exam. They gave us the exam,and about an hour later they called to let us know that our insurance don't cover the exam.
