They were a pleasure to work with, and I never had any issues with them. My issue is, what is the point in using an agency that shops around for the best policy of they ONLY do it by request? It's 2024 and apps like credit karma can email Me weekly telling me I'm overpaying for insurance, but the agency I go through can't keep tabs on that kind of thing?
