Dr Lebedev has been my doctor for 18 years and he is the best in all areas. You never wait long and he talks to you about what is going on! He never rushes you out !

What a waste! I wish I hadn't bothered to spend the time on this appointment. I can't see myself recommending them to anyone. I know I would want my friends and family to see someone else. The staff here isn't friendly at all. I felt very unwelcome due to their rudeness. There is no one I would recommend go to this provider until the receptionist at the front desk is changed!

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this general practitioner answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
