Could not have been more happy with process from choosing mattress to delivery process. Great great people. I went here because my mom said my parents had been there in previous years and bought two and they were the best they had ever gotten. Brian was there and he had actually helped them many years ago. Today we went to Lebeda Mattress Factory store in Davenport, and ordered acustom-sized mattress & box spring set for an antique 3/4 sized bed. Brian knows mattresses and box springs, as few people on the planet do. I came with measurements, we shopped different options, and ordered a mattress/ box spring set that are an odd size, but should be ready, shipped and delivered within 4 business days. I purchased a new mattress from the esteemed and illustrious Brian. Customer service was fantastic, and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would- perhaps 7 or 8 stars is appropriate. Delivery was on-time and two lovely gentlemen brought my mattress inside my humble home without incident. They deserve 100 stars for their continued hard work. Brian was very knowledgeable, friendly, and low pressure. We tried mattresses at other stores, but didn’t think they were as comfortable, high quality, or affordable as Lebeda. I also appreciate that the mattresses are manufactured in Iowa.
