Brian was simply amazing! The whole experience was laid back. We tested 3 mattresses and he picked others based on our comfort and price range. There was no pressure to make a purchase. Highly recommend!
I purchased a new mattress from the esteemed and illustrious Brian. Customer service was fantastic, and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would- perhaps 7 or 8 stars is appropriate. Delivery was on-time and two lovely gentlemen brought my mattress inside my humble home without incident. They deserve 100 stars for their continued hard work. Brian was very helpful helping us pick a new mattress. Didn't overwhelm us with different beds. Asked some questions and narrowed it down to 4. Was easy to decide.
Could not have been more happy with process from choosing mattress to delivery process. Great great people. I went here because my mom said my parents had been there in previous years and bought two and they were the best they had ever gotten. Brian was there and he had actually helped them many years ago.
