Three hours after opening, we arrived at the store that had 2 cars in the lot before us. There were 3 employees in the store and no other customers. Even after several minutes of wandering between the rows and lying on a few beds, and after searching for remotes or controls to a couple of the bases and not finding anything, we didn't hear a peep from any of the employees. 4 times now trying to get assistance. NO GO. Corporate Support is non existent. Sad, for a truly "local" company. BUYER BEWARE! Store Associates are great. Very helpful. Service after the fact, not so much. Only reason I gave high regards was the store staff.
We only buy Lebeda products. We like the quality of the products, friendly sales staff, and the delivery & set up men were outstanding. We would rather buy from local company rather than big box, or chain.
