Honest and efficient service.
My experience was bad as they lack clear communication. I called to inquire their cost for real estate closing and I was told over the phone it was 1250. During my paperwork, it showed they were going to charge 1750 and I said nothing. During the signing, I see they increased it last minute to 2650. I asked why and Michael said we try not to make it more than $300 extra. This is more than double of what I was told over the phone. I feel lied to when they just charge extra without explanation.
