I took my wife to the emergency room over the weekend the staff was nice and she was put in a room soon after we arrived some of your staff were great while others acted like they were moving cattle now let me say this l was once one of the ( Boys) l retired from Moses Cone after 41 years so I've seen and been on both sides of the bed and her Doctors bed side manner was Sad to say the least, the only saving grace was her Nurse God Bless her she came in and My wife was instantly put at ease she made everything make sense now ... read more
