I have a broken knee and broken arm. This is why I was seen at the hospital. They let me sit there in the back of the ER for over 4 hours with no contact with the doctor or the PA, the nurse, charge nurse or house supervisor. I I repeatedly asked to speak with these individuals but no one ever came. I asked for something for pain numerous times and that's never became of that. The only thing I did get was ignored. After several episodes of mental health emergencies with our 12 year old son; they failed to IVC him after he hung himself over the weekend. This then prevented us from reaching higher levels of care. So now, we have to wait until he goes through yet another episode due to their failure to IVC him. When he finally did arrive at the next facility he was psychotic due to no sleep and had to be held down by four nurses for IM medication that he has NEVER required before. Went to get mri on right knee because paperwork had left knee they couldn't do it.then 2 days later got my doctor to correct it and the hospital said I couldn't get mri cause they didn't take my insurance...?how 2days ago I'm covered now I'm not?!..I have medicad by the way.. PEOPLE AT ANNIE PENN HOSPITAL SHOULD BE FIRED
