Today was my first time at this facility! I saw Dr Ashley Myers! Honestly was the best experience I have had at a doctors office in a long time! I was welcomed and able to address all of my issues , without anybody making me feel crazy or like my issues are in my head! I look forward to continuing getting care here! Everybody was very sweet! (:

I typically don’t leave reviews and in all honesty, I never have issues at this location in terms of care. However, today I had an experience with a receptionist that left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve done my fair share of customer-facing work so I understand how hard it can be to be “on” all the time. But that’s no excuse to be contentious and rude. I was really disappointed in this practice. They’ve repeatedly given us inconsistent information about the services and testing they offer. The physicians and staff aren’t in communication with one another, which makes accessing care unnecessarily difficult for patients.

Today was my first time going to this facility. I saw Dr. Lauren A McElwee and her nurse Shaunta’ they were both amazing. They could tell I was having a hard time, but they made me feel welcomed and better about coming in. Y’all keep up the great work, because it is noticed and appreciated 🙏🏽
