My MD referred me to LaBauer Behavioral Health. I got a call the very day he referred me, which is usually unheard of. Mika (sp) was so helpful. She made a telehealth appt and then called me right back with an in-person appt which was very important to me.
I wish I could leave 0 stars. Their method for scheduling appointments is so frustrating! If I was in crisis I would never recommend this place! Please ask your primary care physicians to stop recommending this place.
My teenage daughter was having troubles. I called her primary care, and the receptionist referred us to Le Bauer Behavioral Health.. I was concerned because of the reviews but as a Cone employee, I thought I’d give it a try. Very long time on hold with the office. Kind of OK with that just how things are.
