Phenomenal fur-baby patient care, and gentle graciously empathetic treatment of family. Dr and staff are enthusiastic, and make it a point to let the family know that they matter. Hight recommend!
They are very caring about your pets and your love for them.
They misdiagnosed our 4 pound puppy even with a poo sample. She was seen by 2 vets there and neither one could diagnose her. She would have died from dehydration if I hadn’t called my brother in California who diagnosed her over the phone. Took sample to a local vet— it was a very common parasite in Indiana.
Twice now I've had to take my kitty in for an emergency clogged urethra with no appointment, both times the doctors took him right in, fixed him up and kept me up to date on his progress and the prices were completely reasonable. Gigi loves his doctors, this is the only place I'll take my cats now 😃🐈
