I specialty ordered a 10k tandem car trailer with a few upgrades like a winch, deep cycle battery, solar charger, and spare tire. Which was a few thousand in upgrades. After nearly twice the quoted build time (not holding them accountable for that) they said it was ready for pickup. Got there and non of the upgrades were installed.
