I have been here as a patient for several years. This is the biggest practice I have been a part of and pleasantly surprised. I can see a doctor same day every time I have called. The med refile have been filled quickly. Also I get blood test in the patient room or scheduled there quickly.
I really appreciate my medical care provider but that front office staff is absolutely terrible. Have the day you deserve.
Zero communication. When you leave a message with a question for one of the nurses, you don’t even get a call back. I got bloodwork done and haven’t gotten a call with the results. Left a message to find out… big surprise - no return call. Time to change my PCP.
