From registration 1 hour wait to room 3 1/2 hour wait. No doctor contact the whole time. Nurse came in told me and my wife nothing can be done today or drain fluid from knee no ortho doctor to give Cortizone shot to relieve pain from fluid in the knee. Only one doctor on duty for the whole hospital. Fellow veteran sitting in ER registration room waiting with a cracked head and face for over 1 1/2 hours before treatment just bleeding there. I have been going to the main facility in Lebanon and the Willow Street Clinic, for several years. I feel I have received top notch healthcare. If you’re eligible for treatment here and aren’t going, you’re missing out.
The Emergency/ Urgent care in the Lebanon VA is the fastest and nicest care I have ever received from a VA and I have been a veteran for almost 20 years and have been in facilities from the Midwest to the Eastcoast keep it up we need more people like you!
