To slow for unloading nd loading I have delivered here and pickup from here check in 11:20am they said gonna take 3 hours nothing yet still waiting should be done 5 :00 pm ridiculous whole day is gone here no buddy pay us for waiting now days. I went inside to see what's going on they took each pallet verify each of them that's why I guess took so long not sure what's going never come back here
I pulled up to the gated ramp and went inside to check in. Got a door right away (*slide tandems and chock wheels*) she communicated to me they were breaking for lunch in 5 minutes (12:45p) and would start loading me about 1:15p. They got on the trailer about 1:25p so not bad. And overall time spent including their lunch was an hour and a half. I have been here since 10 am. I was told that there was a shortage of staff for loading. Come to realize they are just slow.
