Plumber was very nice and explained what we needed to do to resolve our problem.
👎🏽❌The plumber (Guillermo I believe) came over to check an issue, checked it out and went STRAIGHT into telling us we needed a new toilet to fix. It was a wax ring issue, easy and cheap fix (confirmed via other HONEST plumbers and our own eyes). He then went on to charge us a diagnostic fee (understandable) but then charged us a specialty plumbing repair fee despite doing nothing.
