Overall the NPs here are great but I won’t be back after the following issues. I’ve had bad Pap smears for ten years. An NP here gave me the most gentle Pap smear I’ve ever had. Usually they are more thorough bc of my history. And I did complain to her about chronic pain from all the procedures on my cervix. So I know she was trying to help. But that pap came back low grade. This facility is the most unprofessional medical facility that I have ever been to with my wife. You are not able to speak to a doctor, they will not return phone calls, and they will bill you for the wrong treatments without ever billing insurance.
Absolutely loved my experience with them. My midwives were absolutely nothing less than perfect, thoughtful, caring & very professional.
