Overall everything is great. The only problem I have is the yard mowing and weed trimming around the flower beds The lawn care company is not very good.
I've lived here going on two years. My apartment is affordable, well worth the reasonable rent. Stephanie, the on-site social worker, is amazing. She is kind and considerate, and genuinely cares about the residents here; she sets up monthly activities, and at holiday times, she hostesses a special home-cooked community meal. Also, every time I have needed some type of maintenance on my apartment, the need has been attended to promptly and professionally.
