Went to get labs done and retrieve a “kit” for at-home labs, but the lab was out-of-stock. Several days later, the lab called me to come pick up the kits (restocked!). I got there and waited 40 minutes!!! Didn’t call me back until I was actively leaving. Then told me they saw me waiting the entire time and didn’t acknowledge me? Saw that I was checked in and in their queue but didn’t check on me or the notes. What should have been faster than fast food turned into nearly a full hour of wasted time. Very frustrating!
I was in the ER on Monday June 30, my experience was very good as it has been in past visits, the nurses and doctors are extremely empathetic caring and competent. I am very comforted knowing I have this hospital in my community.
