I had gone with my husband, and had deep cleaning & cavity filling for me. I had double confirmed with the staff that I have it covered under insurance before the scans were done. Then, after procedure We paid $606 from hand apart from basic dental coverage. Now, they have sent additional bill; $800+ for me n $225 for my hus!! I felt very welcomed and was impressed with the welcome I received! From the moment I talked to Darla I felt she cared and took time to explain everything. The in house insurance was exciting for me as I am on a fixed income. When I arrived I felt welcomed. Everyone was friendly and everything was explained well. The Doctor was friendly and understanding that it would take me time between appointments for me to afford the work. Thanks to you all for caring!

Spoke with Keisha and confirmed with her that Dentist was in network. Had cleaning done and now receiving bill because Dentist was not in network. Spoke with Keisha stated she confirmed with the insurance company. After calling the insurance company found out that she never asked if her dentist was in network just what they would pay. Confronted Keisha and she stated that it wasn't her fault she is new. Dr. Desai and Jen are great! I hadn't been to the dentist for several years and they didn't lecture me. They told me what had to be done and didn't make me feel bad about not keeping up with my visits!! Bringing my whole family!!
