I opened my freezer this morning and it had finally died. Went to Lebanon Appliance at 9:30 A.M by 10:30 A.M they had the new one set up in my house so I could start transferring my frozenfoods before they got ruined. Fast and such polite service they even took the old freezer off Enjoy doing business with an honest company
They have lost our business and I will never recommend to anyone. Bought all our appliances approximately 17 months ago. Spent a great deal of money because we believed they would provide excellent service and back the products they sell. So far we have had to have our washer worked (would not complete a cycle) and our freezer is not freezing. We had to pay for them to come work on our washer and now will have to pay for them to work on our freezer. They only have a year warranty on their products. A YEAR!!! Why would you on... read more

I went to the store today because my freezer quit working and everything had melted and picked one out and they had delivered it less than 30 mintes after the purchase. Thank you Theresa and they guys that delivered and installed it, I love it. I will definitely be back to make future purchases and highly recommend you.

We have done business with Scott and Teresa for years! They carry top quality appliances, have excellent customer relations, and are just good people to do business with. They service the appliances they sell and are knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone!
Paid Lebanon Appliance over $300 to fix refrigerator it never worked freezes up. I told them it was bad repair man said nothing was wrong. They came back out to repair washer charge around $50 ( I forget the a exact amount) they said it was the drain system nothing was wrong.I figured it wasn't the drain they said it would be another service charge to come out again.We called Carpenters and they fixed it. Lebanon Appliance has lost a customer. My family has been dealing with them for years but never again.
