I'd been hoping to support a local business, and it listed their location as being on Broadway, but I don't think they even have a Lebanon location at all. Every person with the company I've spoken with seems to have a thick accent and it seems to me that they just subcontract a local repairman. So in a roundabout way you're still supporting local business people but I would not call this company for any future appliance repairs.
