I walked onto tue Lebada lot on the Thursday, looking for a car I had seen on their website. I was approached by Alex who said unfortunately that car had been sold the day before. He immediately began the process of figuring out what kind of car would be the right fit for me, evaluating the vehicles they had based on my requirements and budget. We recently bought a 2022 RAV4 from Lebada Motors, and the experience was fantastic. Jamie and Ash were incredibly helpful—never pushy or pressuring in any way. Never again will I be going there for a car. My partner and I are financing a 2020 hyundai elantra and it's been nothing but problems. I know it could just be the car but honestly we've seriously considered just returning the car as it's cheaper to do that than repair it. First we had engine issues now our shifter linkage is snapped which we've lost our speedometer and rpms. we dotn feel remotely safe in the car we don't even wnat to put our kids in the car.
I would give more stars if I could. Ash went way above and beyond to help me get my dream car 2022 Mitsubishi RVR. All the staff Were very friendly and helpful. Jamie showed me vehicles and answered questions Alex also helped me with paperwork. I would highly recommend Lebada Motors to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. They are truly amazing.
