We are so SPOILED when we go see Dr. Cook! He and his team are so FRIENDLY and ACCOMMODATING! From the parking area that provides many spaces for mothers, mothers-to-be, the elderly, and the handicapped...to the warm "Welcome!"...the blankets, pillows, and drinks...and the quick billing & rescheduling process...WE ARE THANKFUL for FAMILY FIRST DENTAL!
dr. cook and staff make going to the dentist easy through their professionalism and delightful personalities. everyone is highly skilled and very efficient in the performance of their duties. dr. cook is the painless dentist!
Today I came in to have a crown re-cemented as it came out while eating dinner. I called yesterday to see if Dr. Cook would have time to see me today, and I was scheduled in this morning. I always appreciate being taken care of in emergency situations and I have had a few in the 26 years that I have been a patient. Dr. Cook is the best, and so is his staff !
Lori & I had a very pleasant hygiene appointment today! So good to see another man working with you! Blake was very friendly and gentle! All the ladies have also been very kind & friendly. I am SO EXCITED to come back & get my teeth whitened!! Thanks for such FRIENDLY service ~ Dr. Cook, you are the FRIENDLIEST of all ~ you taught them well!
