If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I fought to get an application in for 4 months. They would never get back to me on what I needed to complete the application so I continued to call and message them. Finally, it got processed and I was on the waiting list for 1 week when they called and informed me that they had shredded my application because it had exceeded 120 days and that I needed to re-apply. Absolutely terrible people to rent from! Every month we would go in to pay our rent and they would tell us a different amount to pay. They have mixed up our rent with someone else's twice having someone else pay our rent and trying to have us pay someone else's. The office staff is very rude and hard to work with and very unaccommodating. We told them we would be getting an Emotional Support animal so they kicked us out of our apartment and sent us to an old dingy apartment. Do not rent from Dixie & Ann Leavitt Group!!!!! I have only rented from them for a few months and every interaction has been a nightmare. They have attempted to con me out of my money by claiming that I hadn’t payed bills that I had receipts for. They tried to charge me late fees for bills that I hadn’t received. They would change their story of what I owed and when I had to pay every time I talked to them and I have been blatantly lied to. They are disorganized and unprofessional.
