First of all I was trying to view a HUD property and this agents attitude was so bad that she wouldn't meet me during a mutually agreed upon time. This prompted me to use another agent to represent me as the buyer. I eventually won the bid from hud but here's where she showed her vindictiveness. She requested a copy of the EMD so I sent her a copy of the money order. Then I overnighted her the Money Order but noone was at her office the 3 days the post office attempted to deliver.
