Booked a trip to Canada in 2020 but due to Covid it was cancelled. I was refunded in full and the customer care from Leavetown never stopped providing me support re-planning my next trip as the borders were opening up. The multilingual support was attentive and always friendly... and most important HUMAN - something which you don´t see anymore in a world of automated machine replies.
