When we decided to list our house, we had three different agents come to look at it and give us a value and feedback on the property. Dan Acton was, by far, the most prepared out of the three. He brought a stack of comps with him and had some great feedback on things we needed to do to be ready to list the home. The value he put on the house was also spot on.
