Eric is a God send! Heading back from a 2 day trip in Leavenworth around 1pm, and the water pump goes out causing us to overheat. He got us in, he had went to Wenatchee to get Dodge parts,(2 hours) and got it all repaired by 7pm that night. Truly appreciate your expertise and patience getting us back on the road.
Our battery light came on yesterday and my husband Chris Ward called Eric and he came very quickly and took him to buy a new battery and helped him put it in and hook it up...which saved us a tow. Thank you Eric! We appreciate you so much!👍
We are camping at the KOA and while in town a street worker told us we had an oil cover under our truck dragging in the road. Leavenworth Auto Care let us bring our truck in right away and fixed it for us at no charge. Amazing quick service and a huge relief. Thank you!
I called ahead to see if they could help me with an electric issue on my motorhome. I was told to drive in and they would take a look. I did, they did, and 2 hours later I was back on the road. I highly recommend Leavenworth Auto (and sometimes motorhomes), Care, Inc. Real people fixing real problems.
Want to give a shout out to Leavenworth Auto Care. I was in adesperate situation, I needed a set of chains as my granddaughter was stuck on Stevens Pass and it was Sunday night in Leavenworth with the stores closed. I ran into the gentleman in town and he said he had a set of chains and had us follow him to his shop and he donated the chains for my cause. Thank you for your help my granddaughter made it home. I highly recommend this gentleman for all your car needs as he is a honest and kind soul.
