Absolutely dumb service advisor who does not even know the service interval on a VW vehicle. Kept dodging the query vs answering a simple question.
I would like to thank the team at Leavens Volkswagen for their assistance with my vehicle's rust warranty claim. Over the years, I have owned several Volkswagens and have generally had positive experiences with both the vehicles and the dealership. Jake Harbarenko was awesome to deal with. Super personable and down to earth. Never once came across as anything but professional and answered every question with a very thorough answer or explanation. He went over everything on the used 2025 Tiguan Comfortline we purchased. He made sure we knew what the vehicle was capable of, and seeing how digital and connected it is, that was a very welcome introduction to the workings of our Tiguan.
