We took our vehicle to Leavens recently for a simple oil change, apon pick up I realized that while removing our service due sticker they had accidentally ripped our tint, wasn’t a big deal until the service manager Terry Brideau emailed me back extremely slowly! Service very suck, the car was 2014 VOLkwagon GLI I was been there, 3 times fixed car seat wasn’t done yet still waiting order parts. First they tell me cable loosing from motor, they charged $159. I told them it only one year under warranty. They said no. They told me it not under warranty. They told me you need keep eye and check after you bought the car. I told him it new sir. He stupid.
