Leatherman's customer service has declined like the quality of their tools. Filed a warranty claim over a week ago provided info that was asked for and still no response on a $200 charge plus tti. No wonder people are buying clones!
Love the product and packaging. Customer service is absolutely abysmal considering the cost.
Great place to buy tools! I recommend their tools to anyone who wants a good tool!
Definitely still in a post COVID style here. Not a person in the lobby until a tour group came out from behind closed doors. I was here to warranty my Leatherman. I do miss the old retail location where I could just hand it over and get a same day replacement. Now you have to fill out a form, turn over your Leatherman, and hope that you'll get your repaired or new one in 2-4 weeks.
