Ordered 10 of these as groomsman gifts. Order was flagged and placed on hold, with a casual email I missed asking me to call THEM. So to be clear, they will take your money and hang onto it, then maybe refund it or not. No reasoning, no outreach, just an email after I was told this was confirmed, buried in a flurry of other emails, and I was charged. Companies need to have the decency not to take up customers time handling their system issues, or at least work with us on our schedules.
Very happy with my leatherman wave, and the previous model I had. Not the cheapest but fairly priced and excellent customer service. Broke the blade recently and Emma took care of my warranty! Thank you from your Arizona friends 😎😇🙏
Leatherman's customer service has declined like the quality of their tools. Filed a warranty claim over a week ago provided info that was asked for and still no response on a $200 charge plus tti. No wonder people are buying clones!
Love the product and packaging. Customer service is absolutely abysmal considering the cost.
