I sent my pre date stamp PST in for warranty with a broken blade Leatherman sent it back shiny and new I couldn't believe they still had parts for such an old tool. Awesome service
This i ridiculous. I ordered from you instead of from amazon so i could get this faster. I paid for expedited shipping to get it faster. It was supposed to be a birthday present for myself but now i have to wait a week simply because I travel for work? I hope your product isnt as garbage as your policies. Of course I wont find out for another week at best. Tldr: order from Amazon. Its cheaper and faster.
I have been a lifelong user of Leatherman products and have believed them to be of reasonable quality and to be a decent local employer. My Leatherman wave (~$120) had the plier portion snap in half on my first use while attempting to use them in assisting myself untie a small knot in some rope. This caused a safety issue and potential risk to my coworkers life's who were 330 feet below me. I have owned and used Leatherman penknives for roughly 30 years. I started life with a Swiss Army my father bought me. Once I discovered the Leatherman there was no going back. It simply is engineering at its best. Design and practicality, beautifully thought out. Outsanding in its field, the highest quality materials. There is no situation it has failed me ALL OVER THE WORLD. Once you have found the BEST, why would you change.
