Love the product and packaging. Customer service is absolutely abysmal considering the cost.
Great place to buy tools! I recommend their tools to anyone who wants a good tool!
Definitely still in a post COVID style here. Not a person in the lobby until a tour group came out from behind closed doors. I was here to warranty my Leatherman. I do miss the old retail location where I could just hand it over and get a same day replacement. Now you have to fill out a form, turn over your Leatherman, and hope that you'll get your repaired or new one in 2-4 weeks.
Customer support sucks
I sent in an old Leatherman wave for warranty due to the flat blade screwdriver breaking off. Was it my fault??? Probably. But regardless, I paid the postage to mail it in for warranty. Around 6 weeks later I got it back fixed. And two new folding knife blades were put on as well!!!! Couldn't be happier. Excellent work. The worst part was being without it for a few weeks. I didn't realize how much I relied on it for everyday use. I literally use it multiple times a day. I even used it to fix my car on the side of the highway... read more
