Lifetime customer, currently own 4 P2’s 1P4 1 MUT 1 skeletool a few classics and a few minis and I cannot overstate how pleased I am with not only the products but the support when something breaks it always comes back fixed no questions asked and I am hard on my tools. Cannot speak highly enough about this company. Thank you guys for doing what you do!
I was at your headquarters today and it's impossible to talk to any body. What a cold impression to be locked out of a public business. I have aa leatherman multitool that has never worked properly and I was told to drop by there and you would take care of it . Very disappointed that I couldn't even talk to a person . I'll make sure to share this with all my friends.
I sent my knives since November and they haven't returned them to me. What's going on?
Best tools on the market and the warranty/service is even better. I've owned and beaten on their products for close to 20 years. I now have more than a few Leatherman tools designated for work, camping, fishing, etc. They all still get used and don't imagine I'll ever retire one. I've had two break on me while working but Leatherman always stands by their product and not only fixes the tool I broke but refurbishes and updates the knife to be better than new once returned. 100% cannot recommend enough!
