I have owned and used Leatherman penknives for roughly 30 years. I started life with a Swiss Army my father bought me. Once I discovered the Leatherman there was no going back. It simply is engineering at its best. Design and practicality, beautifully thought out. Outsanding in its field, the highest quality materials. Leatherman is known for its customer-hostile shipping. With Leatherman, standard shipping can take as long as 15 business days. When accounting for weekends, that can become 19 days. And if there are any holidays in that time frame, it could be close to a full month before delivery.
Good quality and Best warranty out there. I owned my leatherman for years and sent my multi tool in for repairs a few times, it just came back as good as new.
Been using leatherman crunch for 15 years . I tried every fancy new gismo they made and none compared to the toughness of the crunch . (15 years of daily use) I called to warranty the jaws are finally loose and barely work now. They no longer repair the good old made ones and said they would have to replace it. I said no I tried all your fancy gizmos they sucked . From the wave to the surge they all sucked . Nothing is made as tough as the crunch.
