Just closed on a house with Tom Snyder and I would give him a 10/10 recommendation! We moved to Florence from New Jersey. He showed us around different neighborhoods and found exactly what we wanted. He goes to bat for his clients and knows the area very well. 🏡
INCREDIBLY RUDE STAFF- I have never in my life had the kind of experience I just had when visiting their office to view a property. It completely sealed the deal that this was not a property or agency I would be working with. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere for other companies that have more respect for potential and current customers.
We just bought a house and Tom Snyder was my realtor. GREAT experience. He made things so much easier!! He had lists of inspectors and knew everything about the house! You would have thought it was his own house! The house inspector he recommended was the most thorough inspector we've ever seen!! They took their time and really found things that we didn't even notice that were right in front of us, like a missing brick in the stairs going into the house.
