I called to schedule an appointment today l, and they tell me I’ve been discharged for missed appointments. I been calling them since yesterday l, and instead of some one pick up the phone they waited until I blew them up then to answer and tell me I’ve been discharged! No letter in the mail ! No phone call! No nothing ! But I have proof that I in fact cancelled my appointments. I thought the people there were cool, but instead they are very unprofessional.
From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable and at ease. Definitely not like a regular Doctor office. Gwen is thorough and checks in on her patients making sure they are happy mentally & physically! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Dr Gwen Leatherman is the absolute best, she carefully listens and is very personable, she works with you to find solutions and work on your overall health to try and give you a quality life instead of just treating symptoms
