5 stars for the property manager during our stay years ago
I moved from Leather Trades because there was rarely on site management, the building was filthy, the halls smelled, inconsiderate neighbors, a lack of support and ROACHES. The units were being “partially” treated every 3 months and 2 floors. I started paying out of pocket to treat my unit. The artisan common areas were NEVER cleaned. The artisan studio on the 1st floor and the pottery studio on the 2nd floor were and still are HORRIFIC. This place is becoming so ghetto.
It’s so horrible here can’t wait til I move since Shannon the property manager left it’s been bad and on top of that they stealing money my rent and late fees has always been the same I have never paid almost 1400 in rent in the 5 years or so I been living here something is definitely suspicious going on here
