The only good thing I can say about this property is the area it is close to a lot of bars, clubs, restaurants, gas stations but staying here is horrific. My granddaughter just finally moved from this place they have roaches but will tell you a exterminator comes out every other month. people cars get broken into monthly, homeless people come in building and literally sleeps in the community room it is ridiculous. I love staying there, but if people would clean up behind their pets and clean up behind themselves. That would be excellent.

I moved from Leather Trades because there was rarely on site management, the building was filthy, the halls smelled, inconsiderate neighbors, a lack of support and ROACHES. The units were being “partially” treated every 3 months and 2 floors. I started paying out of pocket to treat my unit. The artisan common areas were NEVER cleaned. The artisan studio on the 1st floor and the pottery studio on the 2nd floor were and still are HORRIFIC.
