Purchased a custom leather rocker/recliner and also a fabric recliner (floor model) from Shelby at the Fort Lauderdale Leather Express location. She was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Her customer service is A+++. Had been looking for a while for furniture that fit and finally found a style that worked for me.
