During our move to St. Augustine, our Stressless couch had been separated into pieces and was no longer functional. Steve graciously come to our rescue and expertly reassembled our couch, restoring it back to it's original state of function. He is very knowledgeable on the brand and he educated us on our other Stressless pieces. We got a lot of great information that we had not been aware of. I purchased a sofa from leather by design about eight years ago. My husband bought it for me. It was a very special gift unfortunately our dog decided to eat it a big spot out of the chase lounger portion of it. I lost my husband two months ago And I was heartbroken thinking it would never be able to be fixed or if it was would cost me way too much money. I called Steve at leather by design. We purchased a sectional around 6 years ago. After moving to a different home , I realized that the electrical cord was not long enough to reach an outlet. I called Steve at Leather by Design, and he hooked me up with an extension. Last year I rearranged the sofa temporarily, put the extension in a safe place. But now can’t remember that safe place. Steve’s the Man!! He located a part for my 2013 leather recliner & I didn’t even buy the recliner from him, thanks for the GREAT customer service Steve. I’ll definitely be back when it’s leather upgrade time!!
