I purchased a sofa from leather by design about eight years ago. My husband bought it for me. It was a very special gift unfortunately our dog decided to eat it a big spot out of the chase lounger portion of it. We purchased a sectional around 6 years ago. After moving to a different home , I realized that the electrical cord was not long enough to reach an outlet. I called Steve at Leather by Design, and he hooked me up with an extension. Last year I rearranged the sofa temporarily, put the extension in a safe place. But now can’t remember that safe place. We purchased our leather love seat several years ago from Leather by Design. Even from the start, very professional, ready to help and they made delivery so easy. We needed a new battery pack for the reclining part of our loveseat. We called and they had a couple different models in stock, so we took our old battery pack and matched it up. We discovered that we needed a power cord from the outlet to the battery pack which they did not have in stock.
