Wanted to reach out and comment on my wonderful experience with Steve at Leather Design. After purchasing 2 power recliners in 7/10/21 we had trouble with the power mechanism just going up when no one pushed the power button. I talked to Steve and he helped me with the solution even offering to come to our home to install a new power source. Since the chairs were way out of warranty he still offered to come to our home to install the new switch, I couldn’t believe he would offer such service at no cost. However he guided us ... read more
