Criminal is the only word to best describe my awful experience. Your agent Kenny under my instructions in obtaining a tenant renewal failed in all I requested including no dogs, renters insurance, adjustment of security deposit, landscape...and only after the tenant signed did I find all the failures. They were managing my property but difficult to contact them via phone , email or in office. Sent multiple email and have get any response yet. Also charged the same repair cost for two months which was more than 600 dollars.
Messages left for a return call as we were courting them as our property manager. Thanks for letting us know how well you DO NOT communicate by returning a call, can only image if we utilized you as our property manager. Pass.
