I have been looking for a new apartment. Leasing kc puts out internet ads that are wildly inaccurate as far as price
Do not move into Chadwick apartments located at 16. E 34th terrace. There is a huge cockroach infestation. The basement level also has a huge flooding problem. There is a huge mold issue in the floors and walls. Nothing was done upon multiple complaints.
Really have no opinion on it cuz I was never able to get a hold of anyone
I had an inquiry about a property for rent and they responded promptly and answered my questions efficiently.
