Quiet, very well kept grounds. Domingo Ruiz is very attentive to maintenance issues. Keep up the good work!
Very friendly and prompt. They know what they r doing. They keep the park up, it's always really clean. Just love the way the park looks! Domingo and partner great maintenance workers.
I feel the only reason why these apartments are running so smoothly and is in excellent condition is due to the main maintenance worker, Cory. Who I feel should be the apartment manager supervisor. He knows what is needed to be done with the property in all other expectations, office and around the property. He knows how to communicate with ALL residents not just one nationality.
