My son has had the ABSOLUTE WORST experience with them. He told them MANY times that he needed a pet friendly home because he has a cat. They said ok. He paid his $500 down and was told he was going to need $2500 to move in. They called him a week later and told him he needed $3000 to move in. And lo and behold a little over a week later they called and told him he needed $4000. WHAT?!!!! Company just take ur money and u don't get nothing back yea I no u can't get the admin fee back buty holding fee they just took didn't want to refund me so if put a holding fee down and decide too not rent from them they will take ur money and not refund u they need to shut y'all down I hope everyone get a attorney and sue the company
