This is a long one... (Repost) I contacted this company & spoke with Maggie via phone on 6/29/22. I inquired about a S. Cox street property in Cooper-Young, Memphis, TN for a relative. I asked if it was available for Section 8 rental & was advised yes, but that it wasn't available. Maggie asked me to analyze the Section 8 paperwork I had for specifics regarding it's type.
