From my experience, They’re very defensive when asking questions about the process. Overall not very good at communicating. A little tidbit is they’re very communicative when it comes to making a transaction and taking your payment. I’ve been emailing and calling for months now!! No response!!! I never signed a lease or moved onto the property all I asked was for a refund back from a deposit they are very unprofessional!!! Take your money and don’t care!!! They can keep the holding fee and admin fee I just need my deposit back from a house that look like a shack them pictures was not what I saw in person!!!
