Un professional, You can never get them to do anything , Rude people. I would have fired all of them along time ago
The Gary property has a Property Manager that is rude, a liar, and very shady. she tries to set up employees for failure. She runs hot and cold. She once admitted to having a "conniption fit" in front of a prospective renter. She is abrupt and unkind to the tenants. The Regional Property Manager seems to be afraid of keeping the property manager in line. This company could be so much better, but the micromanaging is beyond ridiculous. Stay far away from this company.
Vickie is professional although her boss Renee is rude and abrupt and VERY Unprofessional. If it weren't for Vickie, I would not be here. The maintenance staff is wonderful.
This company uses a beautiful unit in the Back of the Yards community as a bait to scam you out of a $100 application fee/background check. Esmeralda Orduna will request your identification, birth certificate, etc. Then show you the beautiful unit and ask you to complete the application paperwork if you're interested. Here's the catch, if you have good credit ( LIKE ME) she will, "run your background/credit" and later inform you that you didn't qualify for the unit because you make too much money? Wait, what?
