I had a very disappointing experience with the application process at this property. After receiving pre-approval, I submitted my application and paid both the application and hold fees the same day. I then waited over 30 days for updates and was verbally told multiple times over approximately 2½ weeks that I had been approved. Management needs to be upheld for being too personal with residents issues and act as if they're their own issues. Can't get personal. You dont live here, we do. Ignore work orders for months and disappears for days at a time. Has a smart ass mouth and has an issue with everyone in the building about how she talks to you.n others. She ignored a physically challenged resident who personally asked to.program intercom system so she could get to the door easily with a cast on her leg and was ignored for 3 months until.it healed.... read more
