His whole team is committed, ensuring that all is going smoothly. I feel fortunate and at ease knowing that Leasing Alert is caring for my property. I very much appreciate Casey and his team!
Casey and his team were phenomenal for the last 4 years as their tenant. They were always available whenever there were any issues. The online portal made paying rent easy and also reporting any issues with the property. The only reason we left was because we bought our first home; if not we would have continued staying at that property.
Casey was incredible. Was always available, provided honest information, and worked with us during our time crunch. True professional and would recommend him to anyone looking to work with the best!!!
If you’re looking for a rental in California and notice that Leasing Alert is the property manager in charge then be prepared for a nightmare experience. You get shunned if you ask any clarifying questions or try to negotiate anything. You will get pathologically lied to. My wife and I along with our newborn were waiting on them to send the lease agreement for us to sign and then abruptly they message us saying that the property has been rented to someone else.
