The staff were friendly at the front desk, as well as on the phone. Drop in swimming, pay at the desk. Went on a weekday for lane swimming, three lanes available and it didn't feel over crowded. Water temperature was good. Lots of free parking available. There are no lockers, and you have to enter the pool through the change rooms. I also wanted to say that George is an amazing and genuinely helpful person. I wish there were more people like him who treat customers with such kindness and respect. The staff at the front desk are always friendly and helpful as well. Thank you!
