Do not recommend- I choose to rent out my home through an agent here. We had very little communication and promises not fulfilled. We also found that they had limited understanding of the local area and priced the property poorly. Ultimately we had to run our own ad and find the tenant, personally fielding enquires. When the time came to get our first payment, lease corp told us there was nothing to give us as they took over $1000 in letting fees. All for a job poorly done.
