Do not recommend- I choose to rent out my home through an agent here. We had very little communication and promises not fulfilled. We also found that they had limited understanding of the local area and priced the property poorly. Ultimately we had to run our own ad and find the tenant, personally fielding enquires. When the time came to get our first payment, lease corp told us there was nothing to give us as they took over $1000 in letting fees. All for a job poorly done. I recommend Leasecorp, they are very professional
The worst property managers I dealt with in Adelaide after 8 years of renting. They showed zero care for tenants, were slow or ignored property issues unless it suited them.
Perhaps a certain individual that works here could send less curt more considerate and professional emails.
