The owner answered her phone unprofessionally and didn't want to explain how her business operates; I'm not familiar with this type of ownership instead said she would not talk to me unless I did an application but I'm not sure I want to yet because I had a couple questions..she said I didn't know what I was asking and said to just apply online then hung up. Haven't had a bad experience so far with the company until we were told we broke something when we had nothing to do with the issue..then was told we have to pay for the repair even tho the company came out and evaluated the issuse and also said we did not have anything to do with the problem...then all communication stopped, it is very hard to get in touch with someone about it..but that's the only issue I have had its a great company other than that situation. I would recommend just make sure you take pictures of everythin... read more
