I purchased my first car from their Jacksonville location when I was 19, and it was a great experience — I paid it off with no issues, the staff was friendly, and my account was always handled correctly. My best friend bought a car from Chris. After getting it home we noticed some problems. Such as windshield wiper fluid doesn't hold fluid, the splash guard next to it is missing, and the lug nuts are stripped. Also part of the jack is missing, even the battery is the wrong size. Not even close. Best i can tell there was no inspection done on this vehicle before they sold it. When we called and talked to Chris he said there is nothing he can do about it. Don't buy from here overpriced for what they sell.
Great customer service, affordable prices, and easy financing. My salesman was Sante and he answered questions and made the paperwork quick and easy. The finance manager Grant had the contract printed and signed very quickly making this the easiest vehicle I've ever purchased. I definitely recommend this place.
I walked in today with low expectations and hopes but remained opportunistic, and after working with Sante, I managed to walk out with my dream car! Hands down the best customer sales service I have ever ever had, and I truly can't thank him enough!! If you need a vehicle and someone to work with you, I recommend Santa or honestly anyone with this dealership! The absolute best!
