Strand Management is a joke and very unprofessional. I am not typically one to complain or to waste my time with not kind words, but sometimes experiences should be shared. My husband and I were going to leave behind our beloved long term beach rentals for a new property, managed by Strand Management. Strand management group lease Myrtle Beach was racist and misleading towards my father and I. My father is planning to move from New York and he asked me to help him find a long term rental in the area since I stay here in Myrtle Beach. We looked at the rentals on the site and he talked with a lady name Sonja. He asked her if he can have his son go look at the rental and take pictures to send to him and she said that it was ok. I really wish I could give 0 stars.. Horrible experience. NEVER go here if you want an apartment. All these people care about is money, and not human life. My room is a joke I have NO laundromat, NO dishwasher, my rug is disgusting, the microwave barely works, stains on the walls when I first moved in, and I can go on with the list to be honest. I think a 2nd grader is smarter than Trey he's not educated, he stutters a lot and you can tell he's trying to scam you from the start. Talking to him gets you no where. The other tw... read more
Worst experience ever. Took forever to get simple problems resolved. Staff is awful. Never would recommend this group to anyone.
Take your business elsewhere unless you don't care about your credit being ruined so that these people can use you as a write-off at the end of the year. Word of mouth is BIG business here in our area. Especially with someone who has lived in MB their whole life.
Safe your life & far away from those people! You will live in a nightmare with them, No Behavior, Bad attitude, No Maintenance, cheating people, Not Professionals at all .......etc, Whatever bad things you can imagine, find it here in Strand Management Group
