I purchased a 2010 Saab 9-3 on 9/6/2024 and the very same day I purchased it, it had intermittent starting issues, strong smell of gasoline, and clouds of white smoke coming from the exhaust. I contacted certified mechanics in Pittsburgh who quickly verbally estimated based on the issues described that the repair would cost as much as $5k. Awful experience. Guys are professional con artists. Super cool and friendly over the phone. Drove across state lines to pick up a clean title vehicle with “no engine light”. Get there but the car and take it to the highway home and the check engine light came on for an engine misfire and the guys at the dealer shop completely went ghost and never answered any of my calls back. Brian and Steve were who I dealt with. The engine had a misfire code and the engine was completely out of time. PLUS on top of all of that the “clean... read more
