Called made an appointment Mary took all info name, address, phone#, etc. Mary gave us an appointment and when we showed up Mary proceeded to tell me there was no appointment or that she didn’t even have the info that she asked for. I am going to agree with other reviewers about the office staff. Did not see dentist it was first visit.
Dr Leary and the staff are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They get to know you and put you at ease if you have any anxiety about dental appointments.
Knowledgeable and caring dentists and staff. I’ve been a patient for a few years now and recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.
Dr. Leary is fabulous. The front desk office staff on the other hand desperately need training on customer service. I have been a patient there for years and to be treated rudely and with disrespect during a dental emergency is unacceptable. Bypass the office staff if need be.
Terrible dentist. She is a crook and tried to steal my money for work that wasn't done. She billed my insurance twice for the same services. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The WORST experience of my life.
We loved seeing Dr. Leary and appreciated her expertise, genuine care, and expert knowledge. She was especially helpful trying to coax my anxious 6-year old son into having a necessary procedure (teeth pulled). We were disappointed with the practice's consistent delays in bringing us back to the hygentist, waiting upwards of 20 minutes past our scheduled appointment time. Flossing of teeth, cancer screening, and tooth charting (to check gum recession) were never conducted.
