I like the staff but I literally died in the I had a blanket over my face and I was yelling for help so I have asked for a button but when the lady walked in I took a big gasp and first thing I told her was I died I literally feel like God judged me and then I couldn't stop crying and I didn't realize til now that it's happened to other patience well my sister came to florida for vacation and when I was at the airbnb I unpacked all my sisters stuff cause she was down from new york and I ended up passing out I hit the corner ... read more

I appreciate the dedication and professionalism of the staff. They were always kind and did their best to care for patients. However, it was clear that they were working with limited staffing, which seemed to affect the overall experience. The treatment environment was also not ideal for this type of therapy. During my sessions, there was direct sunlight shining into the treatment area, which made it difficult to relax. I have been going to therapy and taking medication since I was 26 years old when my mother died. Now, I am 74 and this is the first person (Amanda) that cared enough, or should I say cared at all to ask the right questions and put it all together and give me a diagnosis of having Treatment Resistant Depression, better known as MDD (major depressive disorder).
