I could not be happier that I was referred to this clinic for my mental health. Understanding it takes a little time to allow medications and therapy to start working, (we are not 100% there yet) but the compassion and care I am receiving while we are working on the perfect combination built for my specific situation, has been exceptional. Wonderful meeting
I appreciate the dedication and professionalism of the staff. They were always kind and did their best to care for patients. However, it was clear that they were working with limited staffing, which seemed to affect the overall experience. The treatment environment was also not ideal for this type of therapy. During my sessions, there was direct sunlight shining into the room area, which made it difficult to relax.
