I submitted a form asking for help registering online and got a cut and paste reply asking how long I'd been depressed! From the start the staff couldn't get it straight that we were seeking family therapy. Even when we had our first appointment, the therapist said she was surprised to see all three of us. When I asked if our 45 minute intake interviews had been relayed to her, she said no. What a poorly run practice!
Karissa is an amazing psychiatric provider. Her knowledge and support have completely changed my son’s life for the better. He used to have multiple aggressive outbursts daily, and now they are rare. Matthew is happier than we’ve seen him in a long time. We are so thankful for her.
